Dr. Josue J. Villalta, M.D., MPH. President, and founder of the company is the brainchild and developer of the concept designs. He also covers product validation, and marketing connections. Dr Villalta, a Gynecologist specialist and surgeon, brings more than 35 years of surgery experience along with over 10 years of innovative thought to the table. Dr Villalta has lived and practiced medicine in South America, Europe and North America.
Michael L. Einterz, J.D. Business Director, responsible for Business Structure and Legal. Besides his outstanding academic qualifications: Doctor of Jurisprudence, Bachelor of Arts majoring in Chemistry and Philosophy, Michael brings 30 years of running his own private legal practice concentrated in business and litigation. Michael has also been awarded the Governor's Fellowship, 1983-84; he was the president of Eagle-Union Education Foundation 1995 and is a participating Member of Zionsville Rotary Club.
Peter Le Suer Fischer, MIMechE. C.Eng, Director, Chief Technical Officer is responsible for all operating functions, but will focus initially on product design, contract manufacturing, and business & strategic planning. Peter comes with 25 years of executive business management experience from large corporate office to small privately owned manufacturing businesses. With a degree in mechanical engineering, Peter has a very broad global manufacturing background covering product design and development, manufacturing processes, global marketing and sales/service, general business management and strategic business planning. He has also lived and worked on four continents.
